1. Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, in line with distance selling rules. To exercise this right, you must notify us within that period.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items should be: unused, in resaleable condition, in their original packaging, returned with all included accessories.
If the item has been handled more than necessary or has diminished in value because of customer use, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund where legally permitted.
3. Hygiene and Personal Care Items
As combs and personal care items may involve hygiene considerations, some returns may not be accepted if the product has been used or is no longer in a hygienic, resaleable condition.
Where goods are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and become unsealed after delivery, they may not be eligible for cancellation or return under applicable UK rules.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. Where this is not the case, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction. In some cases, faulty goods may qualify for a full refund within 30 days.
5. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at guardypawssupport@gmail.com with: your order number, your full name, the reason for the return, photos of the item if it is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Once reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are generally responsible for the return shipping cost unless stated otherwise.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we may cover the return shipping cost where appropriate.
7. Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received back, or you provide evidence that it has been returned, your refund will be processed. Under UK rules, refunds generally must be made within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you chose a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
8. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted for: used items, personal care items no longer suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, items damaged through misuse, items returned incomplete or not in their original condition.
